Anyone who participates in the White City Hotels loyalty Program can get a 'SILVER CARD'.

'SILVER CARD' holders are entitled to a 5% discount on the website, call center, or direct room reservations and SPA.

As a start, 100 rewards and status points are loaded into each guest card as a gift.

All guests up to 500 Status points will have a 'SILVER CARD'.

Holders of 500 -1999 status points within the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' will receive a 'GOLD CARD'.

'GOLD CARD' holders are entitled to a 10% discount on room reservations and SPA on our website, call center, or directly.

Holders of 2000 -3999 status points within the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' will receive a 'PLATINUM CARD'.

'PLATINUM CARD' holders are entitled to a 15% discount on our website, call center, or direct room reservations and SPA.

Cardholders with 4000 status points or more within the scope of the White City Hotels loyalty Program will receive a 'WHITE CARD'.

'WHITE CARD' holders are entitled to a 20% discount on room reservations to be made on our website, call center, or directly, and on SPA.

• The 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' is a personalized program.
• The 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' is completely free and there is no charge.
• Only cardholders and real persons can earn points within the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program'
• All guests participating in the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' are automatically loaded with 100 (One Hundred) status and Reward Points.
• Earns Rewards points and Status points per stay under the conditions specified in the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program'.
• With the Status points earned within the rules of the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program', it is possible to switch to the upper category card type.
• Free Daily Pavillion Usage, A'la Carte Restaurant Usage, Room Upgrade right, and VIP airport transfer can be purchased with Reward points earned under the Rules of the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program'.
• Membership conditions must be accepted in order to complete the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' membership and take advantage of the membership benefits. Otherwise, the benefits of the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' cannot be used.
• With the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program', discounts are made at the rates of percent based on the card you have, for reservations made directly on the Website and Call Center.
• You can apply for membership via the website mobile application with the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' membership form.
• In case of accommodation in the same room, Reward or Status points are only credited to the account of the cardholder who is a member.
• Rewards and Status points earned within the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' are loaded at the end of the stay.
• For reservations made until March 1, 2x Rewards and status points are earned and loaded onto the post-stay card.
• Earning points for reference is only valid for direct reservations.
• Points earned within the 'White City Hotels loyalty Program' are valid for 10 years
• Points earned are not paid in cash
• Mice group guests hosted by the hotel cannot earn points
• The points earned cannot be used for other extra services other than the above-mentioned uses at the hotel.
• The storage and security of private information, the information collected during the membership process to be used in the Loyalty program, are used by the administrator in order to fulfill the requests and requests of the customers.
