Loyalty Card Information and Discount Benefit
Card Tiers
Gold Member – Granted to individual guests who have completed 14 nights of accommodation within the last 2 years.
Platinium Member - Granted to individual guests who have completed 24 nights of accommodation within the last 2 years.
White Member - Granted to individual guests who have completed 34 or more nights of accommodation within the last 2 years.
Important Notes
Membership status is reviewed and updated every 2 years from the date the status is achieved. At the end of each 2-year period, the previous 2 years of stay history are evaluated. If the required number of nights is not maintained, the member will be downgraded to the next lower tier.
Not valid for corporate entities or company accounts.
White City Hotels Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose and Scope of the Program
The White City Hotels Loyalty Program (“Program”) is a free membership program created to offer White City Hotels guests exclusive privileges, discounts, and benefits. The Program is valid only within the framework of these terms and conditions.
2. Membership Conditions
- Membership in the Program is free of charge.
- Membership can only be created on behalf of real individuals.
- Points and status can only be earned in the name of the cardholder who holds the membership.
- The accumulated points can be used within 2 years. If they are not used, a downgrade to a lower category will occur after the 2-year period.
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions is mandatory to benefit from the Program’s advantages.
- Membership registration can only be completed through the official White City Hotels website.
3. Earning and Using Points
- Points are credited to the member’s account within 5 days after the completion of the stay.
- The loyalty card is linked to the phone number; multiple cards cannot be created with the same phone number.
- Points are earned only on accommodation charges; extra paid services are not included.
- Even if multiple people stay in the same room, points are credited only to the cardholder with a membership.
- Membership applications made after the stay cannot earn points retroactively.
- Earned points are valid for 5 years.
- Points cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or used outside the specified areas.
- Meetings, group stays, and events (MICE) are not included in point accumulation.
4. Privacy and Data Security
- Personal data of our members are processed and stored in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698) and relevant legislation.
- Members have the right to access, update, and exercise their privacy rights regarding their personal data.
- When necessary, member accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended by the Loyalty Program customer service
5. Right to Modify and Terminate
White City Hotels reserves the right to change the content, conditions, benefits, or structure of the Loyalty Program, to suspend it, or to terminate it completely without prior notice.
6. Effective Date
The Loyalty Program applies to stays from 01.04.2020 onwards.
